Purchases and refunds
Prices and contents are shown before checkout. Duplicate fulfillment is prevented. Approved refunds revoke the associated cosmetic entitlement after payment-provider confirmation.
Competition
Disconnects, cheating, collusion, eligibility disputes, ties, and prize decisions follow the rules published for each event. Administrators may invalidate compromised results.
